    About

I’ve been shooting since I was a teenager, but it wasn’t until the last few years that I rediscovered my love of photography. I switched over to digital rather quickly, abandoning my Nikon FM3 for a simple Canon point and shoot. I outgrew that camera – the latency drove me crazy! – and switched to a Nikon D200. The world of photography opened up for me after that, and I’ve since upgraded to the D600 (ignore the naysayers, this is the best camera Nikon has produced).  I am past president of the Marblehead Arts Association, and am actively looking for arts associations in and around Howard County, MD.

This site, principally through the galleries at right but also through the photo-blog, offers a glimpse of my work. I hope you enjoy what you see. Should you wish to see more or have questions, feel free to contact me at info@emilkepko.com. I’m always happy to hear from you!

Hey Lar! Geez, trying to keep up with you is like chasing positrons! Ephemeral existence in any one particular location.

So, when did you depart BU?

Like the site and the pics. Haven’t gone through it all, but will at some point.

    So, what else is happening?

    Talk to you later.
